MARVEL partner, ZELUS attended the IoT Week conference, which was organized physically after a two-year break, for 4 days full of innovative and inspiring discussions. The conference included 380 speakers and approximately 700 attendees from around the world from all facets of the tech industry, over 115 sessions, workshops, panel discussions, and diverse side events. ZELUS focused on the sessions related to smart cities and sustainable development.

MARVEL’s use cases are mainly about smart mobility, crowd monitoring, and crime prevention, all of which contribute to sustainable tourism initiatives. A lot of interesting discussions and debates were triggered with speakers and attendees of sessions that had to do with smart cities innovations and sustainable development of cities resulting in connections for potential collaborations which would allow the testing of the MARVEL solution from cities and SMEs.

The IoT Week 2022 took place in Dublin from June 20 to June 23, 2022.
