MARVEL Interim Review Preparation meeting

To prepare the project for the Interim Review Meeting, the Project Coordinator (FORTH) organised a two-day meeting in Heraklion, Crete. The meeting took place on September 1st and 2nd, 2022, two weeks before the official review of the project. The partners had the opportunity to work together in an interactive way on all the review material, i.e., presentations of all the sessions and demonstrators of the pilot use cases and the individual components.

To get the best possible result from this meeting, the PC invited Mrs. Nuria de Lama, Consulting Director at IDC4EU and member of the MARVEL External Advisory Board to provide useful insights as an external to the project participant. Ms. de Lama with her extensive experience in RIA projects provided valuable feedback and significantly helped the partners to improve the material that the consortium was preparing for the review.

MARVEL Interim Review meeting

The MARVEL Interim Review meeting was successfully concluded on the 13th of September 2022, remotely. The Project Officer and the External Reviewers were extensively informed by the Project Coordinator, the Scientific and Technical Project Manager, the Pilot leaders, and the Work Package leaders about the key outcomes, the activities conducted, and the main challenges of the work performed during the first reporting period (first 18 months). The consortium received from the PO and the external reviewers, remarkable comments and suggestions for the further implementation of the project, underlying also challenges, and areas of improvement. The meeting was concluded on a highly positive note. The consortium will continue its hard work towards achieving all its objectives.
